GRMW Staff

Staff and support for the Grande Ronde Model Watershed are provided through a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperative Agreement with the Eastern Oregon University (EOU) and Union County. Program support includes, but is not limited to, providing administrative support and managing financial transactions, providing office facilities and equipment, and providing technical support services. Eastern Oregon University (EOU) and Union County serve as an administrating entities for the Grande Ronde Model Watershed.

The GRMW Board of Directors is supported by an executive director and staff. Additional administrative support is provided through contractual or cooperative agreements with participating entities. The executive director, staff, and an independent contractor are located in La Grande, Oregon (Union County). The GRMW also has a Wallowa County field office in Enterprise, Oregon. The executive director is responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for the duration of the program; annual programs of work, budget, and financial plans; and reports for review and approval by the board.
